Thanks Berry!

Not sure how many of you are familiar with The Chive, but it's a website that posts funny photos and videos.  The Berry is the female version of this! I read it every morning when I get to work! Anyone can submit photos or videos to the site and the authors add them to blog topics as they choose! After several tries I am proud to say that Spencer and I have made The Berry! Although it's not anything as wonderful as winning the lottery or the Braves going to the World Series...it is pretty cool (to me anyway!)  If you have a chance take a look, browse around the site and maybe you too will become a Berry Addict!  The link for our pic is below!

Family Photo Attire? Need ideas!

Spence and I are taking our first family photo's with the pup this month! These will be on our Christmas card so tell me what is your favorite!! This is what Spencer will be wearing...

The shirt picture is a bit blurry, but the colors in it are navy and red. Chipper will have a red bandanna  Now here is my dilemma! What should I wear?! I have it between these two options, let me know which one is your favorite or if you have an even better idea!!!

It was another Vol filled weekend again for the Streets.  Our beloved Vol's played the Florida Gators in a sold-out match.  Although we didn't win, we still love our Vol's! And we still had fun! 

 

As much fun as we love to have, we are staying pretty busy with more serious endeavors.  Spence is in the middle of football season and Grad school is proving to be most time-consuming! I am still serving on the CAB for KD and I love it, especially now that recruitment is over! Before we know it Spence and I both will begin basketball season at Sulphur Springs coaching the boys and girls middle school teams (this should be interesting)!  We also start our first try with meal planning this week! We'll see how it goes!

A Very Orange Labor Day Weekend

          Sorry it's taken me a while to post but it has been a busy week! We had a pretty fun 3 day weekend if I do say so myself!  Spence and I had a crowd of friends over to celebrate the start of the college football season by watching the Vols kick some Wolfpack booty!  GBO!  It was pretty exciting/nerve-racking to put everything together but I though I turned out great! We had a great spread and most everything was gobbled up!

 We really enjoyed everyone's company and are so grateful that we have a home in which to share such wonderful memories with family and friends! We also purchased a new fridge this weekend! I can say I'm so excited that I finally have room for more than a box of waffles and ice cream in the freezer!  

As much fun as we had on our long weekend this next shall prove to be even busier! I am on the Chapter Advisory Board for the Kappa Delta Chapter here and it is recruitment time!  So late nights and several cups of coffee are calling my name! Will post some pic and stories of how things go!
